This was a great spot for picnicking and wading. This is a much safer spot to enjoy the water than trying to swim in the Stanislaus River. The water was shallow in late July and fun to wade around in. The rocks are slippery, so I recommend water shoes. Water was cold, but felt good on a hot day. Beautiful spot!
