Beautiful park to hike around. Did loop with my spouse and dog. Trail is wide but decently well marked. There are mini water falls on trail and running brooks. Right now is March and we did see ticks so be sure to check your pets after walk. Worth coming back but either dead center of trail or when it snows.

Mostly rocky and mushy and wet trials. It.did rain the day before but so many rocks on the trail...maybe for stability but it's also not great for ppl who aren't in shape or agile. Easy to lose your balance and fall. NO MARKINGS. I have …
We got to the park early at 7.30. The trails are nice and flat. The morning air was cool and crisp making the walk easy and enjoyable. We saw a few people intermittently, even a rider in horseback. But for most parts, you get to enjoy your walk in solitude.
Very good place to walk on dirt roads or hike on trails and very scenic!
The trails are relatively flat and wide. Making them easy for kids and adults. Everything is well marked, and there are several points of entry allowing you to take different trails. It is beautiful in the fall and my dog liked it.
Overall an excellent state park. Hiking was easy and definitely good for beginners. Longish trails for people that want a longer hike. The trails are large enough to accommodate bikes. Parking was easy and straight forward. Be mindful of bugs and mosquitos.
Enjoyed Again my hike, today visited and climbed the large Geological feature on the map! My visit was beautiful, so much to see!
Still a great local trail to ride all year round. When it snows, some people groom the main trails making it perfect for fatbiking. The park is big enough that you don't see the other riders much. It's still rather somewhat rideable after winter snow & heavy rain, but please don't leave any marks behind.
