Review highlights: I’m gonna sound really stupid but when I visited this place I didn’t realize that there was water nearby so I just enjoyed the trees, and I Hands down one of my favorite places to go. I have been coming here my whole life. Great fishing and lots of great trails to hike. Plenty of Nice and quiet this morning. The field trial area is close due to hunting dog training and the use of live ammunition...so heads up, wear so.
I’m gonna sound really stupid but when I visited this place I didn’t realize that there was water nearby so I just enjoyed the trees, and I had a wonderful time in nature regardless of the fact that I could have been swimming! I recommend! But like look at the map and don’t be dumb like me!! Have fun !!!
Hands down one of my favorite places to go. I have been coming here my whole life. Great fishing and lots of great trails to hike. Plenty of wildlife. If you come early in the morning to the boat launch after sunrise you can watch a family …
Nice and quiet this morning. The field trial area is close due to hunting dog training and the use of live ammunition...so heads up, wear some color and don't act like a duck...lol …
Ups and downs makes it great trail.
The large loop is fun, start 100 feet down paved road on left. Left trail unmarked but blazed after crossing road by reservoir.
