Timber Point Trail is great for an easy walk in the woods with nice views of the lake. The trail was in great condition. Woods were peaceful and serene. The trail is accessible for all activity levels. If you want to increase your distance there's other trails nearby and you can walk along the park's main road.
This is a very pretty trail to hike. Actually there’s multiple and they’re all just as pretty parking was easy to access, but there are no restrooms that I could find close to the trail. The water is definitely pretty as well and they do have lots of campsites and same day tent camping as well would definitely recommend.
Easy 1/2 mile loop hike on trail through maple forest. Good birds and spring wildflowers. Views of the lake and fishing access. Accessible vault toilet at trailhead. Cement pavement at trailhead turns to gravel just a few feet in.
Nice short hike. Very short, maybe .5 mile tops. There are longer hikes around
