Stopped by before sunset with my dad for a little walk down the beach and back, absolutely breathtaking views and i love getting to watch some of the wildlife do what they do by the water.
We walked to kettle cove from crescent Beach so I'm not sure of the parking opportunities and whether or not you need to be a resident of Cape Elizabeth. The trails there are really nice. You wind through a marshy, scrubby area to the top …
Some nice trail walks that lead to the ocean, lovely views and benches to sit and watch the sunset

Fantastic Maine state park, small but nicely maintained, limited parking keeps the small beach un-crowded, nice walking paths through and seaside scrub forest. Definitely worth the time to explore!
One of the cutest coves in southern Maine! Next to crescent beach state park. Mix of individuals, families, small groups and commercial fishermen. Walk by trails and rocky coastline to explore. Don’t forget to drop your fee in the box and keep the park clean and welcoming for all!
I loved combing the beach and then exploring the paths through the brush to find a beautiful rocky outlook spot. Came back later in the day to watch the sunset from the same spot!
Peaceful, serene and a picture postcard of Maine. Perfect spot for local adults and school field trips ( learn about our delicate ecosystem.... and perhaps search for mussels in the tide pools)after the Labor Day weekend. The grassy knoll leading out to the rocky embankment is one of my favorite places to place my chair and relax.
Kettle Cove is a nice secluded area to relax and check out the coast. There is a decent sized parking lot, and it didn't seem very busy when I was there. There are benches to sit and watch the waves. There was plenty of beach to walk down, and the area seemed really clean. I enjoyed my time and would recommend checking it out.
