People were actually respectful and didn't take forever getting i Great Lake and Park. All forest preserved so no houses and lots of Animals. A great place for a boat ride and even fishing and swimming. Nice area of the lake. Crappie cribs aren't far. The best part is the short walk to the boat dock once you park. It's convenient for your pa.

Decent boat launch. We had no issues unloading or loading our boards here. People were actually respectful and didn't take forever getting in or out of their boats as we've experienced at many other locations.

Nice area of the lake. Crappie cribs aren't far. The best part is the short walk to the boat dock once you park. It's convenient for your partner to launch the boat, and get picked up at the dock by the boater. That's the ticket there!
