There's nothing really here except an awesome ancient water pump hidden in the middle of the park in a shrub. There's really no parking, and the "park" is essentially a triangle surrounded by streets. During spring migration you can see some warblers, but the Eli Whitney Museum is a much better spot for that. Skip.
